Massage
Massages are tailored to clients’ requirements. A 60-minute session can cover most areas of the body but a full body massage including head, face, neck and shoulders requires more than an hour and so a 90-minute session is recommended.
First appointments will be a little longer as a free of charge full consultation will be given to make sure your needs are met. This may only take a few minutes if you are just looking for a bit of relaxation, but will take a bit longer if you have more complex therapeutic needs.
Body massage: 60 minutes £50
Full body massage: 90 minutes £65
Back only: 30 minutes £35.
Deep tissue massage: 45 minutes £50 or 60 minutes for £65.
Indian Head Massage: 25 minutes £30
Please note that to be able to offer the shorter treatments on a mobile visit to you, there is a minimum requirement of 2 clients wanting a treatment per visit or a minimum charge of £50.
Energy therapy
A standard session takes around 45 minutes. First appointments will be a little longer as a free of charge full consultation will be given to make sure your needs are met.
I recommend a course of 3 treatments to start with. There should be three or four days between each treatment but up to a week is fine. After the initial treatment we will discuss a plan for ongoing maintenance of your energy balance.

There is no extra call-out fee for travelling to your home or chosen location. This is included in the prices if you are within a reasonable distance of Otley, Suffolk.
